摘要
Abstract
Legal construction in rural areas not only connects the important strategic goal of rule by law in China, but also catalyzes the healthy development of villager autonomy. But at present, the process of legalization is influenced by the contradiction of rural policy and legal construction in rural area, and the stress between village rules and folk customs and legal construction in rural area. Therefore, the legal resources in rural areas should be integrated so as to promote the legal assurance and the development of villager autonomy in rural areas.关键词
