Abstract
Objective To understand and analyze the construction status quo of the disease prevention and control sys-tem in a district of Chongqing City to provide the scientific basis for perfecting its construction. Methods The methods such as questionnaire survey and inventory survey were adopted to investigate the status quo of building construction ,service population, human resource, laboratory and informatization platform construction of the disease control institution in a district. Results The disease control institution in a district was the section level of administrative specification with 58 staffs ,which was far behind the national standard;the structure area of the disease control center was 2997 m 2,which was a difference of 1200-3250 m 2 from the building standard(127-2009);the distribution rate of instruments and equipment was 44.46%,in which the class A was 60.65%, the class B was 35.51%and the class C was 41.37%,all of these could not meet the need of disease control;the information re-sources could not be shared,which hindered the development of disease prevention and control works. Conclusion At the pre-sent the disease prevention and control system still has incompatible aspects with the objective needs of the social development to the disease control and safeguard services;this district should further perfect the construction of the disease prevention and control system from the aspects of the disease control institution administrative level ,increasing the size of personnel force ,strengthening the personnel training, thus increase the capacity of disease prevention and control.关键词
