摘要
Abstract
1-(6-Bromo-pyridin-3-yl)-ethanone was synthesized by using 2,5-dibromo-pyridine as the starting material via two steps reactions of Magnesium halide exchange and nucleophilic substitution, 2-bromo-5-pyridyl magnesium chloride reacted with acetyl chloride smoothly in the presence of 2 mol% CuCl, 2 mol% LiCl and 2 mol% AlCl3 as catalysts at 0oC to room temperature in THF. The total yield of two steps was up to 81%, Ob⁃viously the reagents used were readily available, corresponding procedures were very straightforward and reaction conditions were very mild.关键词
