Abstract
Objective To compared the clinical efficacy between indirect MRI arthrography-and arthro-scopy-guided surgeries for rotator cuff injury.Methods A total of 66 patients diagnosed with rotator cuff injury were selected and divided into the observation (n =33)and control groups (n =33).In the observation group, patients underwent indirect MRI arthrography-guided operation and those in the control group received arthros-copy-guided operation.Diagnostic efficacy and surgical outcomes were statistically compared between two groups.Results The specificity and sensitivity in the diagnosis of full-thickness rotator cuff tear,glenoid la-brum and subacromial impingement syndrome did not significantly differ between two groups (both P >0.05). Postoperatively,Constant-Murley and American Shoulder and Elbow Surgeons (ASES) grading scores were significantly increased in both groups (both P <0.01 ).Constant-Murley and ASES grading scores in the ob-servation group were significantly higher compared with those in the control group (both P <0.01 ).Conclu-sion Indirect MRI arthrography-guided operation yields comparable diagnostic efficacy for rotator cuff injury to arthroscopy-guided operation,and has better surgical outcomes than arthroscopy-guided operation.关键词
