Abstract
Objective To investigate the MR imaging features of synovial sarcoma of plantar .Methods From Au-gust 2004 to November 2014 , the clinical data of 27 cases of plantar synovial sarcoma were retrospectively analyzed , and the characteristics of MR were summarized .Results There were 13 male and 14 female patients .The median age was 38 years old, and all 27 lesions were located in the pelma.Compared with the muscle, 27 lesions on T1WI were mixed signal, most were iso-signal, with point, cluster, strip like low signal;2 lesions within lesion were high signal;on T2WI, 24 patients in all 27 patients with significant mixed signal , high, low, iso-signals can be found in the lesions , 3 cases with high , and iso-sig-nal.STIR sequence showed that all 27 cases were high signal intensity .In contrast enhancement images , 18 cases'18 lesions were significantly enhanced , 2 of which were approximately uniform , and 16 were significantly heterogeneous .In these 18 le-sions, there were clearly separation in 8 cases, necrosis or cystic changes in 3 cases, surrounding edema in 2 cases, adjacent to the bone destruction in 1 case, lesions to the surrounding invasion of irruptive tarsal joint to the dorsum of the foot in 4 ca-ses.Conclusion The boundary of synovial sarcoma of pelma is clear , the young and middle-aged are prone to be involved . Tumor's MR signal has a certain characteristic , the signal of the lesion was heterogeneous , and the necrosis of the tumor is separated with heterogeneous enhancement .关键词
