Abstract
Objective To investigate the clinical curative effect of Qiliqiangxin capsule in the treatment of ischemic cardiomyopathy with left heart failure and influence on heart function and quality of life .Methods From July 2012 to Febru-ary 2015 , 120 patients with ischemic cardiomyopathy were selected .The patients were randomly divided into control group and treatment group .According to the secondary prevention of coronary heart disease and chronic heart failure treatment guide -lines, they were given standard treatment , the treatment group added Qiliqiangxin capsule, 4 capsules each time, 3 times a day, treatment for 6 months.At the end of the course , the treatment effect were evaluated , plasma N-terminal pro brain natri-uretic peptide precursor (NT-proBNP) and red cell distribution width (RDW) were detected, the heart's left ventricle ejection fraction (LVEF), left ventricular end diastolic diameter (LVEDD), 6 min walking test (6MWD) and Minnesota Life Scale (MRSM) score were followed up.Results After 6 months of treatment, the total efficiency of treatment group was 86.67%, which was significantly higher than the control group (70.00%,χ2 =4.910, P <0.05).Compared with before treatment , NT-ProBNP level , RDW, LVEF, LVEDD were improved obviously after treatment in both of the two groups , MRSM score de-creased significantly , 6 MWD significantly increased , and treatment group's LVEF, LVEDD, MRSM score, 6 MWD were bet-ter than control group ( P <0.05).Conclusion The Qiliqiangxin capsule in the treatment of patients with ischemic cardio-myopathy can significantly improve the cardiac function , improve the quality of life of patients , in a certain extent , reduce the occurrence of cardiovascular events , it is worthy of clinical application .关键词
