摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the expression of HIF-1ain and VEGF in Hypoxia Ischemia Brain Damage in neonatal rats.Methods A total of 112 female or male Wistar rats aged 7 days were randomly divided into three groups:normol group and HIBD model group.HIBD model of neonatal rats were established in HIBD model group. Rats in three groups were sacrificed at different time points and brain tissue were collected.Then morphologic changes of brain tissue in general obtained through macroscopic observation, the brain tissue were HE stained to observe the pathological changes under light microscope.The expression of HIF-1α and VEGF in hippocampa was detected with the immunohistochemistry method.Results (1)In the Hypoxia Ischemia Brain Damage model, the expression of HIF-1α and VEGF positive cells compared with the normol group (P<0.05).(2)The expressions of HIF-1α and VEGF in brain tissue in HIBD had notable positive correlation (r=0.613,P<0.01).Conclusion The expressions of HIF-1α and VEGF in brain tissue in HIBD and rhG-CSF treatment group had notable positive correlation.关键词
