Abstract

Obtective How to effectively reduce the outpatient pharmacy and pharmacy drug patient complaints and disputes and improve the patients' satisfaction on the outpatient pharmacy service. Methods Clinical pharmacists pharmacy services to carry out drug counseling based, timely medication patientsuncertainty so as to establish the pharmacy service trust. Results Dispute problem has been effectively controlled, complaints decreased significantly, a harmony, satisfaction of the outpatient pharmacy window to create. Conclusions Medical disputes are disputes between doctors and patients, is preventable and controllable, can strengthen the pharmacy management, improve the level of pharmaceutical service improvement. Medication consultation and other pharmaceutical care of clinical pharmacist initiated to ease the pharmacy dispensing personnel lack of energy, but also improve the outpatient pharmacy service level, is a direct channel of clinical pharmacist pharmacy services.
