戊酸雌二醇在绝经后妇女取环中的运用OA

目的：为了减轻绝经后妇女取宫内节育器（IUD）时的痛苦，避免手术中机械性损伤，提高绝经后需取宫内节育环成功率的方法，对于186例绝经后妇女取环的经过回顾分析，我们采用辅助应用戊酸雌二醇软化宫颈，减轻了患者的痛苦，降低了手术风险，取得良好的效果。方法2010年1月—2013年1月来我院要求取环的绝经妇女186例，年龄在48-56岁，带环15-27年，B超确定宫内节育环、子宫有不同程度萎缩，无服用戊酸雌二醇禁忌症，随机将186例分为实验组及对照组。结…查看全部>>
