Influence of Quality care on type 2 diabetes patients’glycemic control and compliance
摘要
Abstract
Objective To analyze the Influence of Quality care on type 2 diabetes patients’glycemic control and compliance.Methods 98 cases of type 2 diabetes patientsbetween September 2012-August 2014 in hospital were choosed as research object and divided intoobservation group and control group according to different nursing interventions.Control group patients received usual care,observation group patients received quality care,compared glucose levels and treatment compliance.Results:Observation group patients fasting blood glucose, postprandial 2h blood glucose values were lower than control group patients (P<0.05);observation group patients complete compliance rate was higher, non-compliance rate was lower than control group patients (P<0.05).Conclusion Type 2 diabetes patients receive high-quality care can more effectively control blood sugar, improve treatment compliance.关键词
