奥氮平与氯氮平治疗精神分裂症的疗效与安全性研究
Study on the Effectiveness and Safety of Olanzapine and Clozapine in the Treatment of Schizophrenia

Abstract
Objective:To observe the efficacy and safety of Olanzapine and Clozapine in the treatment of patients with schizophrenia.Method:Participants included 200 patients with schizophrenia who were hospitalized in our hospital from January 2014 to March 2015 were randomly divided into the experimental group(the Olanzapine group) and the control group(the Clozapine group),100 cases in each group.The patients in the experimental group were given Olanzapine (12.5±2.5)mg/d and the patients in the control group were given oral Clozapine (312±32)mg/d for eight weeks.The PANSS score,CGI-S score,CGI-I score and PSP score were recorded to evaluate the efficacy.The TESS score was recorded to evaluate the safety.Result:After treatment,the PANSS score,CGI-S score,CGI-I score and PSP score of the experimental group were (44.8±8.2),(2.49±0.41),(2.88±0.36) and(74.6±6.7)scores,respectively. And the PANSS score,CGI-S score,CGI-I score and PSP score of the control group were (45.3±9.1),(2.51±0.42), (2.91±0.37) and (73.9±6.4)scores,respectively.The PANSS score,CGI-S score,CGI-I score in the both group were significantly reduced,and the PSP score was significantly increased,there were statistically significant differences compared with before treatment(P<0.05 orP<0.01),there were no statistically significant differences between the two groups(P>0.05).The total efficiency rate of the experimental group and the control group were 70.0% and 66.0%respectively,there was no statistically significant difference(P>0.05).The TESS score of the experimental group was (5.12±0.94)scores,which was significantly lower than (7.89±2.16)scores of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The Olanzapine and Clozapine have similar efficiency in the treatment of schizophrenic patients,and the Olanzapine is safer than Clozapine,is worthy of clinical popularization and application.关键词
