Application Analysis of Quality of Care Indicators in the Adverse Event Management
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To analyze the quality of care indicators,manage the adverse events in nursing,find out the cause of the cause,in order to improve the quality of care indicators.Method:In the paper,105 patients were selected to investigate and study the adverse events,and quality of care indicators were studied and classified. Result:Mainly poor management nursing a higher incidence of events,the higher was 30 cases of medication errors,non planned extubation and fall were 18 cases and 16 cases respectively.In the classification of the quality of care indicators, more common was the situation of some adverse events caused by the low position of the job and lack of work experience of the nurses.Conclusion:We must strictly manage adverse events which occurred in nursing of quality indicators for the management of adverse events,and implement strict control of the core system,make the nursing quality indicators to reach reasonable,prevent the occurrence of a number of adverse events,so that the patients' condition to be recovered.关键词
