Abstract
Objective:To analyze the curative effect of Guizhi Fuling capsule compared with Western medicine in the treatment of uterine fibroids.Method: From February 2013 to February 2014 in the hospital,82 patients with uterine fibroids were randomly divided into the observation group (41 cases) and the control group (41 cases). The control group was treated by Mifepristone for treatment, and the observation group was treated by Guizhi Fuling capsule for treatment, the curative effects of the two groups were compared.Result: The uterine and fibroid volume of the two groups after treatment were significantly narrowed, but there were no significant differences between the two groups (P>0.05). The incidence of adverse reactions and the recurrence rate 1 year later of the observation group were lower than those of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion:Guizhi Fuling capsule and Western medicine in the treatment of uterine fibroids can achieve purpose of narrowing the uterine and fibroid volume, but the side effects of Guizhi Fuling capsule drug is small, the adverse reactions rate is low, more conducive to improving patients' safety,is worthy of clinical reference and promotion.关键词
