枸橼酸莫沙必利与双歧杆菌三联活菌胶囊联合治疗老年功能性便秘的疗效研究OA
Effect of functional constipation in elderly treated with Mosapride and Bifidobacterium triple viable capsule
目的：探讨枸橼酸莫沙必利与双歧杆菌三联活菌胶囊联合治疗老年功能性便秘的临床疗效。方法收集2014年5月～2015年4月来我院治疗的老年功能性便秘患者190例作为研究对象，将患者随机分为两组，每组95例，对照组单独用枸橼酸莫沙必利治疗，研究组用枸橼酸莫沙必利与双歧杆菌三联活菌胶囊联合治疗，两组患者均治疗4周后对比临床疗效、通便时间及大便异常症状评分。结果研究组总有效率、48h内通便率均高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。研究组和对照组治疗…查看全部>>
