Abstract
Objective To explore the clinical effect of nursing intervention to promote functional recovery of gastrointestinal motility after laparoscopic surgery in gynecology.Methods 110 cases of gynecological diseases underwent laparoscopic operation from October 2012 to December 2014 were all collected, and were randomly divided into observation group and control group with 55 cases in each group. The control group used conventional nursing method, the observation group used the individual nursing intervention method. The postoperative abdominal distention, bowel sound recovery time, gastrointestinal peristalsis start time, anus exhaust time, and nursing satisfaction of patients in the two groups were all observed and compared. Results The incidence of abdominal distension of patients in the observation group was 5.46%,which was significantly lower than the control group of 21.82%,the difference was significant between the two groups(P<0.05).The bowel sound recovery time,gastrointestinal peristalsis start time and anus exhaust time of patients in the observation group were earlier than those in the control group,the difference were significant between the two groups(P<0.05). The nursing satisfaction rate in the observation group was 94.54%,which was significantly higher than the control group of 76.37% (P<0.05). Conclusion The patients after laparoscopic surgery in gynecology by nursing intervention can reduce abdominal distension, promote the recovery of gastrointestinal function, and it is worthy of clinical application.关键词
