Abstract
Objective To explore clinical curative effect of standard large trauma craniotomy and routine craniotomy in treatment of severe craniocerebral injury.MethodsBased on clinical curative effect,60 patients with severe craniocerebral injury who were admitted to our hospital from March 2011 to March 2014 were allocated to the observation group and the control group with 30 in each according to different treatment methods. Patients in the observation group were treated by standard large trauma craniotomy while patients in the control group were treated by routine craniotomy. Clinical curative effects of patients in two groups were analyzed and compared.ResultsAfter clinical treatment,clinical symptoms of patients in two groups were all significantly improved,but the improvement in the observation group was significantly better than the control group.Incidence of complication of the control group was significantly higher than that of the observation group and the clinical treatment difference of two groups had statistical significance (P<0.05).Conclusion Standard large trauma craniotomy in treatment of severe craniocerebral injury has better clinical curative effect and lower incidence of complication.It is an effective method for clinical treatment of severe craniocerebral injury,worthy of clinical promotion and application.关键词
