Abstract
ObjectiveTo compare the treatment situation of trauma patients before and after Primary trauma care training in the emergency department,to evaluate its effectiveness and practicability in China.Methods Trauma patients who were treated in the emergency department of our hospital from September 2007 to September 2010 and October 2010 to July 2013,were enrolled in our study clinical.The datas were retrospectively analyzed and compared within the two groups.In the two groups the cervical vertebra protection,airway open,hemothorax and pneumothorax diagnosis,missed diagnosis and the time that was needed to complete the primary survey were recored. With comparison in the two groups we assessed the effectiveness and practicability of primary trauma care courses in China.Results After the primary trauma care training trauma patients’ cervical vertebra fixed rate, effective rate of airway open,hemothorax and pneumothorax positive diagnostic rate are higher than those before training,there were statistically significant differences (P<0.05);And the missed diagnosis, the time which was needed to complete the primary survey were lower than those before training,there were statistically significant differences (P<0.05). ConclusionPrimary trauma care training can greatly improve the treatment level of emergency department physicians for trauma patients,and there are further promoted in the clinical value.关键词
