Abstract
Objective:Evaluation of the left ventricular systolic function of dorsal artery of the foot spot with speckle tacking and tissue doppler imaging. Methods:70 patients were divided into experimental and control group equally,and patients of the experimental group with dorsal artery of the foot spot. Speckle tracking and tissue Doppler imaging were performed in the long axis view of the heart in 18 segments in all patients. Results:Each section of the long axis STI parameter Ls in the experi-mental group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P<0.01). Each section of the long axis DTI parameter Sa in the experimental group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P<0.01). Conclusions:Left ventricular systolic function with different degree reduced in the patients of dorsal artery of foot spot.关键词
