Abstract
Because China ' s economic growth slows down, and the industrial structure, factor input structure and ownership structure change under the new economic normality,the quantity,quality and structure of the workforce demand appear new features, resulting in the new contradictions between workforce's supply and workforce's demand, which brings the new employment pressure.Under the new economic normality,the realization of sufficient employment depends on the market, and the government also plays an important role. Furthermore,the working skills and psychology of the workforce are necessary, namely, the job seeker should look upon informal em-ployment with ordinary mentality;the government should improve the environment of self-employed and help disadvantaged groups to realize the employment;colleges and universities should gradually optimize talents training mode.关键词
