Abstract
The project site is located in Lingang industrial zone of Tianjin Binhai New Area, which belongs to the coastal alluvial plan in North China. The original field is shallow sea area, and the land is formed by sea reclamation. The silt clay with continuous thickness of 6.5~7.80m is distributed in the foundation soil which belongs to highly compressed soil. In order to reduce the settlement of structures, the PHC pile composite foundation has been adopted to calculate the bearing capacity and settlement of the composite foundation, which shows that the above technical proposal is reasonable and economical.关键词
