摘要
Abstract
Intrauterine lesions is a common gynecological and frequently-occurring disease which always with the complication of abnormal uterine bleeding clinically ,and its cause complexly and pathology difficultly to decide. The early identification of benign and malignant lesions of the uterine cavity is essential to improve patients′ survival and prognosis. In recent years,with the rapid development of hysteroscopy technology,it not only can bring more intuitive and accurate diagnostic methods for the detection of benign and malignant lesions ,but plays an important role in the cure for intra-cavitary uterine diseases. Especially for women who wish to preserve fertility, the hysteroscopic resection can avoid unnecessary hysterectomy and preserve reproductive function of patients ,which important significance for clinical and social.关键词
