Abstract
Objective To compare the clinical efficacy of T-type locking blade plate and universal double-col-umn locking blade plate in treatment of traumatic C-type fractures of distal radius. Methods A total of 60 patients with traumatic C-type fractures of distal radius during January 2013 and January 2015 were randomly divided into experiment group (n=30) and control group (n =30). The experiment group was treated with universal double-column locking blade plate, while the control group was treated with T-type locking blade plate. The wrist joint range of motion, radio-graphic measure indexes and synostosis time before and after surgery, and postoperative clinical outcomes in two groups were compared. Results The postoperative wrist dorsiflexion, palm curve, radial deviation, ulnar deviation, pronation and supination activities 3 months after the surgery were significantly better than those before the surgery in the two groups ( P<0. 05);the postoperative wrist dorsiflexion, palm curve, radial deviation, ulnar deviation, pronation and supination activities in the experiment group 3 months after the surgery were significantly better than those in the control group ( P<0. 05). In the two groups, the postoperative volar dip and ulnar deviation angles 3 months after the surgery were signifi-cantly higher than those before the surgery, and radial crispation and joint surface level were significantly lower than those before the surgery (P<0. 05). The synostosis time were (13. 74 ± 1. 92) weeks in the experiment group and (13. 92 ± 1. 88) weeks in the control group respectively, and there was no significant difference (P>0. 05). Good rate in the ex-perimental group was 96. 66%, which was significantly higher than 66. 67% in the control group (P<0. 05). Conclu-sion The universal double-column locking blade plate in treatment of traumatic C-type fractures of distal radius can a-chieve better effect and wrist motion than that of T-type locking blade.关键词
