摘要

Abstract

In order to reduce the inertia force of connecting rod and carry on the lightweight,and ensure it to meet the strength and rigidity requirements, the force of connecting rod was analyzed. Then, the strength analysis of connecting rod was done. Under the condition of ensuring its performance, the key sizes of the connecting rod were designed based on DOE. Compared with the original connecting rod, the weight of lightweight connecting rod was reduced by 17%. The design of connecting rod is verified by strength analysis.
