工作抽样在汽车装配生产线中的应用分析

摘要
Abstract
The basic knowledge of work-sampling technology was introduced. The production process of a certain automobile assembly line was analyzed by the method of work-sampling in order to find out the waste link restricting production efficiency. The results indicate the time of taking tools, transiting and waiting in the course of production has a relative high ratio to the whole working hours so that the utilization of efficient working hours is reduced. The suggestions on enhancing productivity are put for-ward by statistical analysis of the data from the work-sampling.关键词
