尼莫地平新型传输系统的研究
Research on new drug delivery systems of Nimodipine
摘要
Abstract
Nimodipine as a calcium channel antigonist, has been used in the treatment of ce-rebrovascular diseases.Conventional drug delivery systems have side effects and low bio-availability.Novel drug delivery systems, such as nanostructured lipid carriers and self-e-mulsifying drug delivery system, not only improve the solubility and bioavailability of nimo-dipine, but also increase drug concentration, strengthen therapeutic effect and reduce system toxicity through their targeting effect.Therefore, the development of novel dosage forms is one of the important study directions to nimodipine.The studies on new formulation of nimo-dipine are reviewed in this paper.关键词
