Determination of plasma protein binding rate of DXG from Galium verum L.in rat
摘要
Abstract
To determinate the protein-bound fraction of serum of DXG from Galium verum L.Equilibrium dialysis was used to determine the in vitro binding rate of DXG to rat plasma. A HPLC method for determination of DXG dialysated inside solution and outer solution was established.Plasma protein binding rate of DXG in different concentration was 29.39%, 29.85%, 32.94%, respectively.The methods were specific and sensitive, which can be used in determination of biological specimen.The plasma protein binding of DXG in rats re-veals a low binding and has no concentration dependence.关键词
