Determination of plasma protein binding rate of DXG from Galium verum L.in rat

考察蓬子菜中活性成分DXG在大鼠血浆中的蛋白结合情况.采用平衡透析法测定DXG的大鼠血浆蛋白结合率.建立DXG透析外液和透析内液的HPLC测定方法,求得高、中、低不同质量浓度下,DXG的血浆蛋白结合率分别为29.39%,29.85%,32.94.该方法专属性强,灵敏度高,符合生物样品测定要求要求.DXG的大鼠血浆蛋白结合率较低,且不具有质量浓度依赖性.

To determinate the protein-bound fraction of serum of DXG from Galium verum L.Equilibrium dialysis was used to determine the in vitro binding rate of DXG to rat plasma. A HPLC method for determination of DXG dialysated inside solution and outer solution was established.Plasma protein binding rate of DXG in different concentration was 29.39%, 29.85%, 32.94%, respectively.The methods were specific and sensitive, which can be used in determination of biological…查看全部>>
