Abstract
In order to achieve the unity of the heterogeneous parking fee management, under the background of e-commerce, a parking fee management system was put forward in this paper based on the web and license plate recognition technology.This system could realize online payment, query and so on.And provided a more convenient and efficient parking pay-ment methods, and realized the maximization of the using of parking resources.关键词
