Abstract
Objective To study the treatment value of choledochoscope combined with ureteroscope pneumatic lithotrip-sy for refractory biliary stones. Methods 87 cases of refractory biliary stones treated in our hospital from May 2014 to August 2015 were selected and randomly divided into observation group(n=44)and control group(n=43).The observation group was treated with choledochoscope combined with ureteroscope pneumatic lithotripsy,and the control group was treated with traditional laparotomy.The complication incidence rate,operation time,length of stay,stone clearance rate in two groups was compared. Results The complication incidence rate in observation group was 6.82%,the operation time and length of stay was (43.26±4.12) min and(7.11±1.82) d,and the stone clearance rate was 95.45%.In the control group, the complication incidence rate was 23.26%,the operation time and length of stay was (98.49±16.31) min and (12.08± 2.55) d,and the stone clearance rate was 86.05%.The differences were significant in these observation index between two groups(P<0.05). Conclusion Choledochoscope combined with ureteroscope pneumatic lithotripsy in the treatment of refractory biliary stone not only has evident effect,but also has the advantages of high stone clearance,fewer complica-tions, short operation time and rapid recovery,it is worth extending in clinical practice.关键词
