晚期结直肠癌患者生物免疫治疗的效果观察
Observation effect of biological immune method in the treatment of pa-tients with advanced colorectal cancer
摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore the clinical effect of biological immune method in the treatment of advanced colorec-tal cancer. Methods 60 patients with advanced colorectal cancer in our hospital from January 2013 to June 2015 were selected as study object.Patients were divided into observation group and control group by random number table.The observation group was given DC-CIK combined with chemotherapy,the control group was only given chemotherapy.The therapy effect and adverse reaction in two groups was observed, and quality of life was evaluated. Results The effective control rate in observation group was higher than the control group,and adverse reaction rate was lower than the control group,and quality of life was higher than the control group,the differences between the two groups were statistical signif-icance (P<0.05). Conclusion The biological immune method has better clinical effect in the treatment of advanced col-orectal cancer.It has higher security and can improve the patient's quality of life.关键词
