Abstract
Objective To research the application effect of Discopo endoscope on emergency intubation in ward. Meth-ods 120 patients who were performed with trachea cannula in general anesthesia and admitted into our hospital from September 2013 to October 2014 were selected and evenly divided into control group(n=60) and observation group(n=60) according to 1:1 matched pair technique.In the control group,endotracheal intubation by direct laryngoscopy was adopted,while in the observation group,Discopo endoscope was used.The efficacy in two groups was analyzed. Results There was no significant difference in two groups of 1 time success rate of intubation(P>0.05),but time for intubation in observation group was longer than the control group,the difference was significant(P<0.05).There were no significant dif-ferences in observation group of blood pressure and heart rate before and after intubation(P>0.05),but there were statis-tical differences in control group of blood pressure and heart rate before and after intubation(P<0.05).The intubation re-lated complications in observation group was significantly lower than those of control group(P<0.05). Conclusion Appli-cation of Discopo endoscope on tracheal intubation is simple and convenient,safe in usage and mild in wound,which is worthy of promotion.关键词
