Abstract
Objective To explore the clinical effect of edaravone combined with ozagrel in the treatment of massive cerebral infarction. Methods 80 patients with massive cerebral infarction from January 2011 to December 2014 in our hospital were selected and divided into the observation group and the control group according to a random number table method.Treatments like lowering down intracranial pressure,regulating internal environment,improving circulation and brain protecting were adopted in two groups.The control group was treated with ozagrel,the observation group was treat-ed with edaravone combined with ozagrel.The index of blood viscosity,the score of mini-mental state examination (MMSE) and activities of daily life (ADL) before and after treatment was compared in two groups respectively.The clini-cal effect was statistically calculated. Results The MMSE score after treatment in the observation group was higher than that before treatment and in the control group after treatment,with significant difference (P<0.05).The ADL score after treatment in the observation group was lower than that before treatment and in the control group after treatment,with significant difference (P<0.05).The whole blood viscosity and plasma viscosity after treatment in the observation group was lower than that before treatment and in the control group after treatment,with significant difference (P<0.05).The cured and markedly effective rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,with significant dif-ference (P<0.05). Conclusion The effect of edaravone combined with ozagrel in the treatment of massive cerebral in-farction is significant,which can reduce blood viscosity,and improve neurological deficit as well as patient's prognosis.关键词
