神经内镜下血肿清除术与脑室外引流术治疗脑室出血的效果比较
Effect comparison of neural endoscopic removal of hematoma and exter-nal ventricular drainage in the treatment of ventricular hemorrhage

Abstract
Objective To compare the efficacy of neural endoscopic removal of hematoma and external ventricular drainage in the treatment of ventricular hemorrhage. Methods 80 patients with ventricular hemorrhage from January 2011 to September 2014 in our hospital were selected and divided into the endoscopic group and the drainage group according to the different methods of treatment,40 cases in each group.Two groups was treated with neural endoscopic removal of hematoma and external ventricular drainage respectively.The treatment effect was compared between two groups. Results The evacuation of hematoma in the endoscopic group was better than that in the drainage group,with significant difference (P<0.05).The hematoma clearance time,cerebrospinal fluid recovery time in the endoscopic group was shorter than that in the drainage group,with significant difference (P<0.05).The rate of good recovery in the endo-scopic group was shorter than that in the drainage group,with significant difference (P<0.05). Conclusion Neural endo-scopic removal of hematoma in the treatment of ventricular hemorrhage is significant,which can achieve a satisfactory therapeutic effect,it is worthy of clinical promotion and application.关键词
