Abstract
Objective To explore the influence of cognitive behavioral therapy on self-efficacy and life quality of schizophreniac. Methods 87 schizophreniac from January 2013 to December 2014 in our hospital were selected and randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group.The control group was only given drug treatment,the experimental group was given drug combined with cognitive behavioral therapy.Both groups were treatment for 6 months.The score of GSES,SQLS and PANSS before and after treatment in two groups was compared. Results The score of GSES after treatment in two groups was higher than that before treatment,with significant difference (P<0.05).The score of GSES after treatment in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group,with significant differ-ence (P<0.05).The score of SQLS and PANSS after treatment in two groups was lower than that before treatment,with significant difference (P<0.05).The score of SQLS and PANSS after treatment in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group,with significant difference (P<0.05). Conclusion Drug combined with cognitive behavioral therapy can improve self-efficacy and enhance life quality of schizophreniac,and the effect is obvious.It is worthy of clinical promotion and application.关键词
