Abstract
Objective To explore the effect of laparoscopic ureterolithotomy ( RLU ) in treating complicated upper ureteric calculi. Methods 58 patients from August 2013 to July 2015 of our hospital were selected and were randomly divided.28 patients in control group were treated with m-PCNL and 30 patients in observation group were treated with RLU.Operation time,bleeding during operation and hospital stays were compared. Postoperative complications and net rate of stone in two groups were observed. Results Operation time,hospital stays,bleeding during operation and transfu-sion during operation were shorter than that of control group respectively (P<0.05);The net rate of stone in observation group was higher than that of control group respectively (P<0.05);The incidence rate of postoperative bleeding was higher in control group,and the others had significant difference (P<0.05);but there was no significant difference com-pared between groups (P>0.05). Conclusion The effect of RLU in treating complicated upper ureteric calculi is obvi-ous.It had higher net rate of stone,recovery fast,great meaning,and is worth to popularize.关键词
