Abstract
Objective To observe the clinical therapeutic effect of Shenkang injection on diabetic nephropathy. Meth-ods From January 2013 to December 2014,104 patients who were met the inclusion criteria and visited our hospital for diabetic nephropathy treatment were selected and were randomly divided into control group and observation group.All patients were provided with conventional treatment including diet control and symptomatic treatment. Insulin was used for blood glucose control,and angiotensin converting enzyme inhibitor (ACEI)and angiotensin receptor blocker (ARB) was applied for controlling patient's blood pressure.In the observation group,on the basis of the control group,100 ml Shenkang injection was put into 5%glucose injection (300 ml)once per day by venous intravenous drop.One course of treatment was lasted for 28 days.The biochemical indicators,changes of blood pressure,and therapeutic effect after thera-py in both groups were observed. Results There was no significant difference in urine protein quantitation,total choles-terol,asting blood-glucose,or serum creatinine before treatment (P>0.05).After therapy,every indicator was improved compared with those before treatment with statistical differences (P<0.05).In comparison with these indicators after therapy in the two groups,urine protein quantitation in the observation group was greatly lower than that in the control group with a statistical difference (P<0.05).Other indicators were not displayed statistical difference between the two groups (P>0.05).The systolic and diastolic blood pressure after treatment were greatly lower than those before with sta-tistical differences (P<0.05),but there was no significant difference in blood pressure level after therapy in both groups (P>0.05).The marked improvement rate and total effective rate were both higher than those in the control group,which displayed statistical differences (P<0.05). Conclusion For reducing patient's urine protein,Shenkang injection obtains remarkable effect on improving renal function.关键词
