摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore the clinical features and prognosis condition of elderly chronic heart failure compli-cated with renal insufficiency. Methods 90 chronic heart failure complicated with renal insufficiency patients were ret-rospectively analyzed.Patients were divided into three groups (control group,mild group and insufficiency group) by pa-tients'glomerular filtration rate situation.Clinical features and prognosis condition of three groups were analyzed. Re-sults Compared with three groups, the age of patients was older in insufficiency group,the rate of cardiac function Ⅳwas higher and the complications were more.Compared the prognosis condition,the mortality,heart failure recurrence and the incidence of coronary events in insufficiency group was higher than other two groups,and the difference was statisti-cal significance (P<0.05). Conclusion Elderly chronic heart failure complicated with renal insufficiency are more have older age,poor heart function,merging other conditions,high mortality and recurrence rate.关键词
