摘要
Abstract
Objective To compare the effects of the Asian type and the traditional proximal femoral nail on fracture healing in patients with femoral intertrochanteric fracture. MethOds From September 2012 to September 2014,158 pa-tients with femoral intertrochanteric fractures in our hospital were treated by using the proximal femoral nail(PFNA-Ⅱ) in 62 patients (observation group),and 96 patients (control group) treated with conventional proximal femoral nail(PF-NA).The healing of fracture between two groups was compared with the postoperative complications. Results In obser-vation group,bleeding,perspective of time,operation time and thigh pain incidence was significantly better than that of control group respectively,with statistical difference (P<0.05).However,the difference was not significant between two groups of partial weight bearing time,full weight bearing time,fracture healing time and Harris score of hip function (P>0.05). Conclusion PFNA-Ⅱ more suitable for chinese population of femoral anatomy of proximal,comparing with PF-NA,surgery less invasive,convenient operation,and can effectively reduce the incidence of thigh pain.It is worthy of clinical application.关键词
