关节镜下微创有限清理治疗膝关节骨性关节炎的效果观察

Abstract
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of arthroscopic limited cleaning in the treatment of knee os-teoarthritis. Methods 120 patients with knee osteoarthritis in our hospital from October 2012 to October 2013 were randomly divided into observation group and control group,60 cases in each group,the observation group were treated with arthroscopic minimally invasive treatment,while the control group was treated with a wide range of treatment. Re-sults There was no significant difference in Lysholm score between the two groups before treatment (P>0.05);The Lysholm score between two groups was improved after treatment respectively(P<0.05),but the difference was not statisti-cally significantin between the two groups (P>0.05).The rate of the recovery of knee joint function in observation group was 83.3%,81.7% in the control group,with no statistical differenc between two groups (P>0.05).The average operation time of the observation group was (15.5 ±4.0)min,the recovery time was (3.1 ±0.7) d,the average operation time was (45.5±7.0)min,the recovery time was (7.2±1.4) d,the observation group was shorter than the control group respectively,with statistical difference (P<0.05). Conclusion Minimally invasive treatment of knee joint osteoarthritis with arthroscopic debridement can significantly promote the functional recovery of patients with knee joint functional recovery,clinical value.It should be promoted and applied.关键词
