摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore the clinical effects of Arthroscopy combined with retrograde drilling on osteochondral lesions of talus. Methods 80 patients with osteochondral lesions of talus from July 2013 to July 2014 in our hospital were randomly divided into observation group and control group.The control group was received the treatment of retro-grade drilling,the observation group was given with arthroscopy combined with retrograde drilling,the ankle joint func-tion,symptoms and degree of pain after treatment between two groups were compared. Results The excellent and good rate of ankle joint function and symptoms of observation group after treatment was 72.5%,significantly higher than 52.5%in control group,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05);The pain between two groups after treatment, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion The treatment of arthroscopy combined with retrograde drilling on osteochondral lesions of talus has obvious curative effect and less pain.It can be widely applied in clinical practice.关键词
