输液恒温器在持续膀胱冲洗中的应用
Application of infusion thermostat in continuous bladder irrigation
摘要
Abstract
Objective To discuss the application effect of infusion thermostat in continuous bladder irrigation. MethOds 120 patients who needed continuous bladder irrigation in our hospital from February 2013 to June 2015 were selected and divided into observational group and control group according to the operation time sequence,with 60 cases in each group.The observational group was used infusion thermostat in continuous bladder irrigation,and the flushing fluids was kept at 30℃ to 35℃.The control group was used normal temperature rinses.The incidence rate and severity of bladder spasm in two groups were compared. Results The incidence rate of bladder spasm in observational group was signifi-cantly lower than that of control group,and the severity of bladder spasm was significantly relieved compared with the control group,the differences were significant between two groups (P<0.05). Conclusion The infusion thermostat can keep the temperature of flushing fluids relatively constant,effectively reduce the bladder spasm,and relieve the severity of bladder spasm,guarantee the effective execution of bladder irrigation and is worthy of applying in continuous bladder irrigation.关键词
