摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore the influence and effect of early nursing on the later rehabilitation of patients with cerebral apoplexy. Methods 58 patients with acute cerebral apoplexy admitted into our hospital from June 2014 to June 2015 were selected and randomly divided to the observation group and the control group ,with 29 cases in each group. The observation group was given early nursing,and the control group was given regular nursing.The recovery in two groups was observed. Results After 1 month of treatment and nursing,Fugl-Meyer scores in observation group and con-trol group was respectively (59.55±10.61) and (37.76±10.49) point.The Barthel index in observation group and control group was respectively (63.21 ±18.32) and (48.97 ±17.46) point.The scores of neurological impairment in observation group and control group was respectively (9.10±5.13) and (13.23±6.06) point.The differences of above scores in two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion Early rehabilitation nursing can promote early recovery in pa-tients with acute cerebral apoplexy,and has significant effects.关键词
