Abstract
Objective To explore the application effect of clinical nursing path in patients with acute myocardial in-farction. Methods 106 patients with acute myocardial infarction admitted into our hospital from March 2014 to September 2015 were selected.According to the sequence of admission,they were evenly divided into control group and experimental group,with 53 cases in each groups.In control group, conventional nursing scheme was used,while in ex-perimental group,clinical nursing path was adopted.The nursing effect in two groups was compared. Results The inci-dence of complications and mortality in the experimental group were respectively 5.66% and 1.89%, which was lower than 20.75% and 7.55% of control group,the difference was significant(P<0.05).Nursing satisfaction in the experimental group was 96.23%,which was higher than 81.13% of control group,the difference was significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Clinical nursing path can increase awareness rate of related knowledge and skill and nursing satisfaction in patients with acute myocardial infarction,reduce the risk of occurring complications and mortality,and shorten hospital stay, which is worthy of promotion and application.关键词
