Allograft tendon anatomic reconstruction of coracoclavicular ligament for the treatment of Rockwood type Ⅲ~Ⅵacromioclavicular joint dislocation

Abstract
Objective To explore the allogeneic tendon anatomic reconstruction of coracoclavicular ligament clinical curative effect for the treatment of acromioclavicular joint dislocation. Methods Allograft tendon anatomic recon-struction of coracoclavicular ligament were used to treat 25 cases with type Ⅲ ~ Ⅵ acromioclavicular joint dislocation patients. 1, 6, 12 weeks after operation, shoulder joint function after surgery was evaluated by VAS and UCLA with X-ray film. Results 25 patients had been followed up for 4. 5~19 months. X-ray examination confirmed the acro-mioclavicular joint dislocation were completely reconstructed, no appearance of tendon allograft rejection was found. Postoperative VAS and UCLA in 1, 6, 12 weeks score was compared with the preoperative,the difference had statisti-cal significance (P<0. 05);Postoperative 6 and 12 weeks was compared with postoperative 1 week, the difference had statistical significance (P<0. 05);12 weeks after surgery,there was no statistically significant difference com-pared with 6 weeks after surgery (P>0. 05). Conclusions Allogeneic tendon anatomic reconstruction of coracocla-vicular ligament fixation stability treatment of acromioclavicular joint dislocation, restore the joint function, don′t damage the joint surface, no shoulder peak impact, can early functional exercise, postoperative patients without sec-ondary surgery, curative effect is satisfied.关键词
