高效液相色谱法测定染发剂中20种禁限用成分
Determination of 20 kinds of banned and restricted dyestuffs in hair dyes by high performance liquid chromatography
摘要
Abstract
An HPLC method for determination of 20 kinds of banned and restricted dyestuffs in hair dyes was established. The extract was separated on Agilent Poroshell HPH C18 column (3.0 mm× 100 mm, 2.7μm) using methanol-50 mmol/L phosphate buffer as mobile phase and detected by a photodiode array detector (DAD) with the detection wave lengths of 225 nm and 280 nm. Using blank sample of hair dyes as matrix, test for recovery was made by standard addition method. The rate of recovery for this method ranged from 80.3%to 115.0% and the relative standard deviations of this method were 0.3%to 8.5%( n=6).关键词
