Abstract
With olenolic acid as standard control, spect roph otometric method was employed to determine the total sapindus-saponin (TSS) at wavelength 549 nm in vanilline-glacial acetic acid-HClO 4 system. By the single factor experiment, the results showed that the purity of TSS was higher at the ethanol volume fraction 10%~20%. The optimum conditions for extraction of sapindus-saponin by orthogonal optimization experiments were determined as follows:ethanol volume fraction 15%, the ratio of material to liquid 1:10 and the extraction time 3 h. In this condition, the average purity of the TSS was 4.55%.关键词
