Abstract
Methoxyacetophenone(p-MOAP) was synthesized from anisole and acetic anhydride by the Friedel-Crafts acylation with gallium phosphotungstate(GaPW12O40) and indium phosphotungstate(InPW12O40) as catalysts separately. The catalysts were characterized by means of FTIR and XRD. The effects of catalyst types and reaction conditions on the acylation were investigated. The characterization results showed that,both GaPW12O40 and InPW12O40 maintained the Keggin structure. The experimental results indicated that the catalytic activity of GaPW12O40 was higher than that of InPW12O40. Under the conditions of GaPW12O40 catalyst 0.1 g,acetic anhydride 20 mmol, n(anisole):n (acetic anhydride)=5,reaction temperature 90℃ and reaction time 30 min,the conversion of acetic anhydride and selectivity top-MOAP reached 98.49% and 94.91% respectively, with highp-MOAP purity.关键词
