摘要

Abstract

For the current situation of the sets of field experiments for military hydraulic components,a distributed,net-work real-time detection and data management system is proposed and developed. In combination with software and hardware, the requiring signal is processed for filtering and denoising by the signal conditioning module,and then the acquired analog sig-nal after A/D conversion is transmitted to the field industrial personal computer through the data acquisition card. The data acqui-sition,data analysis,data storage,historical data management,fault diagnosis and warning function of the temperature,pres-sure,flow and other signals are realized by software programming. The remote network real-time monitoring is realized by means of B/S structure. The experimental results verify that the system can be applied to the hydraulic components data acquisition field,and can effectively improve the accuracy and precision of data acquisition.
