新型电流源型三相逆变器的软开关拓扑设计
Design of new soft switching topology for three-phase current source inverter
摘要
Abstract
For the hard switching has the defect of large loss,a new soft switching topology applied to three-phase current source inverter and its control method are proposed. The three-phase current source inverter is studied systematically,in which the establishment and analysis of the mathematical model,current space vector control technology,current bidirectional flow to-pology and control,and new soft switching topology and its control method are studied. A new soft switching topology applied to three-phase current source inverter is proposed,and its control logic is determined. The voltage and current characteristics and working oscillogram of each modal are analyzed. The overall simulation under current space vector control is conducted with Mat-lab simulation software. The feasibility and effectiveness of the topology and its control method are verified. The method can realize soft switching,reduce the switching stress,and improve the efficiency.关键词
