Abstract
The work environment of the sky-wave over-the-horizon radar (OTHR) is complex, so the echo characteristic is also very complex .In order to distinguish the targets and track them effectively , it's the first to hold the target characteristic .So a valid method of analyzing the echo characteristic of the OTHR based on the original spectrum is proposed , and it can analyze the plot da-ta, track data and the spectrum data synchronously , evaluate the fundus of the noise , the width of the clutter , and the covering rate.Thereby, we can hold the echo characteristic of OTHR effectively and validate the tracking process .关键词
