全身麻醉在成人斜视矫正术中的应用研究
Application of general anesthesia in adult strabismus surgery
摘要
Abstract
Objective To study the feasibility of application of general anesthesia in adult strabismus surgery. Methods 57 adults strabismus patients were enrolled to study.27 cases were performed by topical anesthe-sia and 30 cases were performed by general anesthesia. Contrastively analyse the differences of the average opera-tion time, the incidence of oculocardiac reflex and the severity of corneal irritation 1day after operation and sur-gical effect 3 months after operation between two group. Results The average operation time, the incidence of oculocardiac reflex, the severity of corneal irritation afer operation in general anesthesia group are less than that in topical anesthesia group, but there was no significant difference on the surgical effect 3months after operation in two groups . Conclusions General anesthesia in adult strabismus surgery is a safe and effective method.关键词
